The Opportunity

Elevated Builds Aspen is a high‑end residential construction firm specializing in complex remodels throughout Aspen and the Roaring Fork Valley.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead detailed, design‑forward renovation projects from pre‑construction through final inspection. This role is ideal for a field‑seasoned leader who understands mountain construction, thrives in fast‑paced remodel environments, and can confidently manage budgets, subcontractors, permitting, and inspections.

• Oversee daily field operations and jobsite management
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure schedule adherence
• Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and site professionalism

• Develop and track project budgets
• Manage change orders and cost forecasting
• Maintain accurate reporting and financial oversight

• Submit permits and manage municipal processes
• Coordinate inspections and ensure projects pass successfully
• Maintain compliance with local building codes and regulations

• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and designers during construction
• Maintain clear, proactive communication
• Ensure execution aligns with design intent and project scope

• Proven field experience managing residential remodels (at least 3 years)
• Experience running complex, high‑detail projects
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and scheduling
• Experience managing subcontractors and vendor relationships
• Ability to confidently manage budgets and financial tracking
• Experience with permitting and inspections (Roaring Fork Valley preferred)
• Strong leadership presence on job sites
