Project Manager – Luxury Residential Construction

Salary: $130,000–$180,000+ DOE + Performance Bonus

Hendrickson Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team building some of Aspen’s finest custom homes. We are looking for a highly motivated leader who is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional projects and client experiences.

Role Description

The Project Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Aspen, CO, responsible for overseeing residential and commercial construction projects from pre‑construction through completion. This role manages project schedules, budgets, and scopes, coordinates subcontractors and suppliers, and ensures that materials, inspections, and permits are in place to keep projects on track. The Project Manager leads daily site coordination meetings, monitors work quality and safety, and resolves issues that may impact timelines or costs.

The role involves regular communication with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and align project decisions with client expectations and design intent. The Project Manager also collaborates closely with internal teams to maintain documentation, track progress, and uphold Hendrickson Construction’s standards for craftsmanship and client service.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience (required)
  • Luxury residential construction experience preferred
  • Strong communication, leadership, and client relationship skills
  • Procore proficiency required
  • Microsoft Project scheduling experience required
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing and scheduling
  • Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and cost control
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Strong knowledge of contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from preconstruction through final completion
  • Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules
  • Lead owner, architect, consultant, and subcontractor meetings
  • Coordinate procurement and long‑lead material deliveries
  • Manage subcontractors to ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance
  • Track budgets, costs, forecasts, and change orders
  • Maintain complete project documentation in Procore
  • Provide outstanding communication to clients and the project team
  • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to Hendrickson Construction’s quality standards
