We are seeking an experienced and organized Senior Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will oversee residential and commercial construction projects from pre-construction through project completion. You will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, budgeting, client communication, and coordination with subcontractors, consultants, and field teams.

Working closely with Superintendents and Lead Carpenters, you will help ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Duties
  • Lead and oversee all phases of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution to ensure the successful delivery of complex residential and commercial construction projects. Utilize Procore, Microsoft Office, and other construction management platforms to drive project performance, financial accountability, team coordination, and client satisfaction.
  • Review and coordinate construction plans, specifications, and drawings, ensuring accuracy, constructability, and compliance with applicable regulations
  • Manage project budgets, cost estimates, financial reporting, change orders, billing, cost control, and overall financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Supervise construction site activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, construction regulations, and quality standards.
  • Conduct project meetings and provide clear communication regarding project progress, challenges, and expectations.
  • Identify project risks and proactively develop solutions to maintain schedule and budget objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Mentor and support project staff while promoting a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and accountability.
Qualifications
  • At least 15 years of construction industry experience, including project management experience on custom residential and commercial construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction estimating, budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and project coordination.
  • Experience managing relationships with clients, architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, and other construction management software.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
  • Strong knowledge of construction safety practices, OSHA requirements, and quality control procedures.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred to support effective communication with field employees, subcontractors, and project teams.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Must successfully pass a background check.
