Aviation Front Desk Customer Service Representative

Aviation Front Desk Customer Service Representative (Full Time) – Aspen, CO

Pay: $22.00 / hour. $1,200 Monthly Housing Allowance (before taxes) for all employees at our ASE location as part of our Atlantic Habitat Program, which helps offset housing and cost of living expenses. The Atlantic Habitat can be used for housing, commuting, or additional living.

Must be a Colorado resident at the time of application.

We are looking for someone who wants to start a career in aviation and be the first point of contact for clientele arriving at the facility. You will interact with many large corporations’ flight departments and high‑profile clients, and perform assigned tasks related to providing services for corporate aircraft, cargo and passenger charters, and other general aviation aircraft.

• Provide customers with professional service and assistance
• Make hotel and catering reservations for inbound and outbound aircraft
• Process customer purchases and fuel transactions
• Work closely with line service personnel and pilots, ensuring all customer service needs are met
• Occasional travel may be required to support another Atlantic location
• You may be occasionally assigned to another Atlantic location based on geographical proximity as business needs require

• Customer service/hospitality experience
• High school diploma or GED certificate
• 18 years of age
• A valid state driver's license
• Ability to comprehend and perform basic math calculations
