Young Life is seeking an Associate Area Director in Aspen, Colorado, to lead high school and middle school ministries. The role includes implementing the mission of introducing kids to Jesus Christ, recruiting and training leaders, managing resources, and actively engaging with the community.
The ideal candidate should have strong relational and communication skills, demonstrate initiative in ministry, and be committed to spiritual growth. A college degree is preferred, and completion of Core Training is required.
