Overview

Theatre Aspen is seeking exceptional, people-loving, cool-under-pressure professionals to join our Box Office and Front of House teams for the upcoming summer season. These are seasonal positions based in one of the most breathtaking settings in the world, with housing and travel provided.

We are hiring for the following seasonal positions:

  • Box Office Manager
  • Box Office & Front of House Assistant

These roles are ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced performance environment, take pride in hospitality and patron experience, and enjoy being at the center of live theatre operations. From managing ticketing systems and front-line customer service to serving as calm leadership during performances and special events, these positions are essential to how our audiences experience Theatre Aspen.

Responsibilities
  • Support box office operations and manage ticketing processes
  • Provide front-of-house leadership and assist during performances and special events
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality and patron experience
  • Collaborate with theatre staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in box office operations, front of house management, or ticketing systems
  • Patron Manager experience is a plus
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure
