Job Overview
Merrill Wealth Management is seeking a Client Service Associate to support multiple Financial Advisors. The role focuses on client advocacy, operational excellence, and delivering personalized banking solutions.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent client service and education on the bank’s offerings.
- Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of client materials; follow up on client and FA requests.
- Align practices with bank policies and procedures to support operational excellence and risk management.
- Identify, deepen, and maintain client relationships, emphasizing bank’s offerings and banking integration.
- Support day‑to‑day team activities, including covering roles during absences or seasonal needs.
- Act as the most frequent point of contact within Merrill for all client service needs.
- Current FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series7, and Series
66 license (Series
63/65 accepted in lieu of 66). - Ability to obtain required licenses within a specified timeframe if not already held.
- Advanced industry knowledge and understanding of investment products.

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.

Hourly pay range: $25.00 – $44.00, based on experience, education, and skill set. Eligible for discretionary incentives and annual discretionary award program.
Employment InformationShift: 1st shift (United States). Hours per week: 37.5. Physical location: 301 E Hopkins Ave, Aspen, Colorado (CO 9922). This position requires in‑office attendance with flexibility based on role. The role will be open and accepting applications for a minimum of seven days from posting.
