Role Overview

As a Premier & Private Bank Relationship Manager, you will be the main point of contact for a select group of the Bank’s affluent clients. Your responsibilities include deposit portfolio growth, maintaining positive relationships, cultivating, retaining, and expanding Premier & Private Bank relationships, and tailoring Premier & Private products and services to attract high‑net‑worth individuals and businesses.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow deposit portfolios.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with Premier & Private Bank clients.
  • Tailor products and services to high‑net‑worth individuals and businesses.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver best solutions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
  • 3+ years of progressive sales management, client service, and client/prospect calling experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
Desired Skills
  • Previous Premier & Private Banker or wealth‑management/financial‑planning experience.
  • Strong work ethic, motivation, and ability to complete work accurately.
  • Logical analysis and sound decision‑making ability.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn additional systems.
  • Proven prospecting and relationship‑building skills.

Work Environment
