Job DescriptionStep into the forefront of hospitality as our Housekeeping Manager, where your meticulous eye for detail and leadership skills will ensure impeccable cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Leading our housekeeping team, you'll orchestrate a symphony of cleanliness, setting the stage for memorable guest experiences.
- Supervise and lead the housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management, to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the property, conducting inspections and implementing procedures to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and equipment, including ordering, stocking, and inventory control, to ensure adequate supplies for daily operations.
- Address guest concerns or complaints related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
- Develop and manage the housekeeping department budget, monitoring expenses, labor costs, and purchasing to optimize efficiency and meet financial goals.
- Several years of experience in housekeeping roles, with progressively increasing responsibilities, demonstrating expertise in cleaning procedures, staff supervision, and quality control.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team, foster a positive work environment, and achieve departmental goals.
