Overnight Room Service Server

Responsibilities

• Receive and process overnight room service orders accurately via phone or POSPrepare and organize trays, carts, and condiments for delivery
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and courteously to guest rooms
• Verify order accuracy, present checks, and process payments
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hotel security procedures
• Maintain cleanliness of room service areas, equipment, and hallways
• Communicate with kitchen and front office to coordinate special requests
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve basic service issues
