Club Assistant

Dancing Bear Aspen seeks a polished, service-oriented Club Assistant to support daily operations at our luxury private residence club. In this role, you'll warmly greet members and guests, assist with arrivals, departures, and concierge requests, and coordinate reservations, activities, and transportation. You'll help maintain immaculate public spaces and support rooftop and lounge experiences, events, and special requests. Ideal candidates bring prior hospitality or guest-service experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for creating personalized, memorable stays in a refined mountain-resort setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist club members and guests with arrivals and departures
• Support front desk, concierge, and lounge operations as directed
• Coordinate reservations, transportation, and activity bookings
• Provide personalized recommendations for dining, recreation, and local events
• Maintain immaculate public areas, lounges, and rooftop spaces
• Assist with setup and breakdown of member events and experiences
• Communicate guest preferences and issues to appropriate departments
• Ensure adherence to luxury service standards and club policies
• Handle basic billing, charges, and member account inquiries
• Collaborate with housekeeping, valet, and F&B teams for seamless service
