Job Description
We seek a passionate and committed House Attendant to join our team. The House Attendant will be responsible for keeping our establishment clean and well‑organized while providing valuable assistance to our housekeeping department and helping us maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and comfort for our valued guests.

: $23.50/hour
- Approach each shift with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a ready to contribute to the team’s overall goal.
- Assist in setup/cleanup of hotel public area.
- Assist Room Attendants with replenishing supplies and removing linen and trash daily.
- Sweep and mop the service areas, strip, and wax service area flooring as scheduled.
- Check with the immediate supervisor regarding any area needing specific attention.
- Check all supplies and linen in the locker rooms and replace them as prescribed during the shift.
- Make a final inspection of the entire area one hour before the end of the shift to ensure all areas are up to the designated standards.
- Work with Lead Housekeeper to continuously improve standard operating procedures.
- Maintain warmth and hospitality in all correspondence with guests.
- Maintain a favorable working relationship with colleagues in Housekeeping and Maintenance with colleagues throughout the hotel/company.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as front‑of‑house staff and management, to create a seamless and exceptional experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- Excellent guest service and problem‑resolution skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Spanish language preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Previous Housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
- Prefer at least 1‑2 years of work experience.
- High school diploma preferred.
The physical demands for this position include seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, frequently lifting up to 25 pounds, occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds, sitting, standing for 4 to 8 hours, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours.
