Bellman, Hospitality ​/ Hotel ​/ Catering

As a Bellman at Marriott, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a warm, polished arrival and departure experience. You'll greet guests, handle and deliver luggage, escort guests to rooms, and provide information on hotel amenities, transportation, and local attractions. Working closely with the front desk and concierge teams, you ensure seamless service, maintain tidy lobby and entrance areas, and respond promptly to guest requests.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests at arrival and departure, offering courteous, professional service
• Safely handle, tag, and deliver guest luggage to and from rooms and storage areas
• Provide directions, hotel information, and recommendations for local attractions and transportation
• Coordinate with front desk, concierge, and valet to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Maintain lobby and entrance areas, ensuring they are tidy, organized, and guest-ready
• Respond promptly to guest requests, special needs, and VIP arrivals
• Assist with arranging transportation, taxis, and shuttle services as needed
• Adhere to Marriott safety, security, and brand standards at all times
• Support guests with accessibility needs and special handling of fragile items
• Promote Marriott's amenities, loyalty programs, and services to enhance guest stays
