VALET

As a Valet at Marriott, you'll create exceptional first and last impressions for guests by providing prompt, courteous vehicle parking and retrieval services. You'll safely operate a variety of vehicles, manage keys and tickets accurately, and assist guests with luggage and directions. Working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, you'll coordinate with Front Desk and Bell Services, maintain a clean arrival area, and uphold Marriott's people-first culture through warm, professional service, attention to detail, and strict adherence to safety and security standards at all times.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving and departing guests with a warm, professional demeanor
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner
• Handle keys, tickets, and valet logs with accuracy and accountability
• Assist guests with luggage, directions, and hotel information
• Coordinate with Front Desk and Bell Services on guest arrivals and departures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of driveway and valet stand
• Follow all safety, traffic, and security procedures
• Report vehicle incidents or damage immediately following protocol
• Support crowd and traffic flow during peak periods and events
• Uphold Marriott brand standards and people-first service culture
