Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon their arrival.
• Provide information about local features such as shopping, dining, nightlife, and recreational destinations.
• Make travel arrangements for sightseeing and other tours.
• Receive, store and deliver luggage and mail.
• Handle guest queries regarding hotel services, travel directions, or appropriate points of interest.
• Organize special events such as parties, celebrations, conferences and other services at the request of guests.
• Deal with customer complaints or issues and provide solutions promptly.
