You'll greet and seat guests, manage reservations and waitlists, coordinate table assignments with servers and the kitchen, and provide friendly, informed assistance about menus and hotel offerings. Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and seat guests in the restaurant, ensuring welcoming first impressions
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments using seating and reservation systems
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen to optimize table turns and guest flow
• Provide menu, special, and hotel outlet information to guests and answer basic inquiries
• Maintain a clean, organized host stand and entrance area in accordance with brand standards
• Assist with guest needs, special requests, and accessibility accommodations
• Handle guest concerns promptly, escalating issues to supervisors when needed
• Support smooth Food & Beverage Operations by communicating guest preferences and timing
• Follow Marriott and departmental policies on safety, hygiene, and service standards
• Collaborate with team members to uphold Marriott's people-first, service-oriented culture
