Overview
The Visual Lead is responsible for achieving store sales and maximizing profitability through Visual Merchandising in partnership with the Visual Manager. The role involves collaborating with Operations & Visual Manager to delegate work, provide feedback, and support overall store operations.
Visual Leader- Manage execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra‑day sales floor replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
- Maintain strategic product presentation and merchandising by ensuring product recovery, restock, destock, and visual changes align with directives and partnership with the Visual Manager.
- Plan visual floor changes with management, integrating payroll management and adapting zones and visual support to business needs.
- Execute and maintain visual direction from planning through execution, meeting company expectations, budgets, and timelines.
- Utilize reporting tools with management to identify business opportunities through product placement, outfitting, and stock levels and make necessary changes.
- Partner with Operations & Visual Manager to manage reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen by leveraging metrics to support business‑driving strategies.
- Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team, and guests.
- Lead by example and inspire staff in daily operations and guest experience.
- Partner with management to coach, guide, and develop associates; responsible for recruitment and talent development.
- Use company performance tools to evaluate each associate and provide continuous feedback to drive growth and improvement in partnership with the store leader.
- Collaborate with Operations Lead to ensure cross‑functional training and with Sales & Service Lead to ensure business execution.
- Execute company‑level operations‑focused directives, projects, and initiatives in partnership with Operations & Visual Manager (e.g., SCC).
- Open and close the store in accordance with visual standards.
- 2+ years prior work experience in a client‑centric, sales environment.
- Proven leadership capabilities demonstrating excellent decision‑making.
- Values feedback, receptive to receiving feedback and eager to provide it.
- High energy, upbeat, and enthusiastic with the ability to integrate fun and work.
- Self‑motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually and as a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

The Visual Lead is full‑time and requires 32‑40 hours per week. Employees must have open availability and work variable shifts, including peak days, weekends, and during the company’s blackout period (week of Thanksgiving through the first week of January).

The company’s lead base pay ranges from $24.00 to $28.00 per hour in Aspen, CO. Leads may participate in monthly store incentive bonus programs, potentially increasing total compensation. The listed range is one component of the total rewards package, which also includes the benefits above.
