Boutique Director

Summary

The Boutique Director is responsible for driving sales and elevating the brand image in the Aspen boutique by leading all aspects of store operations, client development, and visual merchandising. This role manages staffing, inventory, events, and partnerships to grow the client base and meet annual sales goals. The Director partners with senior leadership and operations to ensure efficient processes, loss prevention, and outstanding customer service.

• Achieve annual boutique sales goals across all product categories.
• Plan and execute product launches, events, and partnership initiatives to increase visibility and net sales.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, payroll compliance, and team development including coaching and performance reviews.
• Oversee visual merchandising to align the boutique with brand direction and advertising campaigns.
• Lead inventory management, cycle counts, quality control, shipping & receiving, and aftersales processes to minimize stock loss.
• Coordinate with senior leadership and Customer Service to prioritize events and improve the client experience.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5-7 years of management experience, with luxury retail or hospitality experience required.
• Experience or knowledge of fine jewelry preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including SAP, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills and ability to develop client relationships.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
