Position Overview
Full‑time Nurse Manager within the Outpatient Clinics department at Aspen Valley Health. Oversee day‑to‑day operations and personnel, support the Outpatient Clinic Director, and manage staff, personnel, and budgetary responsibilities to provide safe and efficient patient care. Acts as a care coordinator, change agent, and advocate for clinical excellence in alignment with Aspen Valley Hospital’s Core Values.

CompensationSalary: $ – $ per year. Eligible new hires may qualify for a sign‑on bonus of up to $10,000.
Requirements- Associate degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado, or ability to obtain prior to start date
- Basic Life Support (BLS). May be obtained upon hire
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Minimum five years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Bachelor’s (BSN) or Master’s (MSN) in Nursing
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- At least two years of experience in a nursing leadership role
- Experience with EPIC
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Continuing education, professional development, and tuition assistance
