Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced PCU Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a rural Critical Access Hospital. The RN will function as a primary nurse within an interdisciplinary team, ensuring safe and effective patient outcomes.

• Deliver patient care in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
• Act as primary nurse managing patient assignments
• Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC EMR

Requirements

• ADN (Associate Degree in Nursing) required
• Active Colorado RN License (or ability to obtain before start)
• BLS & PALS certifications required
• Minimum 2–3 years of RN experience
• Ability to work in a high-altitude environment (8,000 ft)
