Overview
Registered Nurse – Clinic (Travel) in Aspen, CO.
Start date July 27, 2026 for 13 weeks. 40 hours per week. Weekly pay range: $2,637–$2,792 per week. No guaranteed hours. This travel assignment supports outpatient clinic care within a hospital network, with the nurse floating between multiple outpatient clinics in the Aspen area, including cardiology, endocrinology, ENT, general surgery, ophthalmology, pain, primary care, rheumatology, after hours care, and a Snowmass clinic.
The role requires flexible clinical coverage and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a high‑elevation environment.

Outpatient clinic float RN within a hospital network - Housing:
Travelers are responsible for securing their own housing; nearby towns offer options and cost considerations
- Provide professional nursing care in outpatient clinic settings and perform administrative support as needed
- Float between multiple outpatient clinics, supporting diverse patient populations with minimal supervision
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; monitor vitals and respond to changes in patient conditions
- Administer medications and therapies, manage clinical procedures, and provide wound care as appropriate
- Triage patient flow, coordinate referrals, and educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
- Document care and interactions in the electronic health record (EPIC experience preferred); collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity of care
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Colorado or ability to obtain prior to start date
- Education:
ADN required; BSN/MSN preferred - Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS);
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS);
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS);
Emergency Nurses Association – Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) preferred - Experience:
2 years PCU/ICU/CCU or 2 years ED experience preferred; EPIC experience preferred; bilingual in Spanish preferred - Must be able to float between outpatient clinics and function in a high‑elevation environment (8,000 feet)
