Registered Nurse – LTC​/SNF

Call for Salary Rate -

Job Summary:

Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care/SNF setting, ensuring the delivery of quality patient care. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Maintain compliance with all licensing and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments accurately according to care plans.
• Monitor residents’ health status and respond promptly to changes.
• Document all patient care activities thoroughly and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Follow infection control protocols and safety procedures consistently.
• Educate residents and their families on health management and care plans.

Qualifications:

• Hold an associate degree in Nursing (ADN).
• Possess an unrestricted RN license in Colorado or ability to obtain prior to start.
• Maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Demonstrate good health and ability to function safely in high-altitude, low-oxygen environments.
• Bilingual skills in Spanish are preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
