Job Summary:

Geriatric Medical Surgical Nurse specializing in medical‑surgical care for elderly patients. The position is located in a healthcare facility that provides comprehensive medical and surgical services to the senior population. This role involves delivering high‑quality nursing care on a geriatric‑focused medical‑surgical floor, ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Job Details:

• Schedule:
  
  Days shift, 12‑hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications:
  
  Associate degree in Nursing (ADN); unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Colorado or ability to obtain prior to start date;
  Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (may be obtained upon hire);
  First Aid certification (may be obtained upon hire).
• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
• Additional Information:
  Candidates must be healthy enough to safely function in a low oxygen environment at approximately 8,000 feet elevation. The assignment is scheduled to start on 09/28/2026 and end on 12/28/2026. The role does not accept any time off request during the assignment period.
