PositionSummary
We are seeking a Support who will provide guests with a great dining experience. They must ensure that orders are placed accurately and on time while providing friendly and attentive service. Supports ensure that orders are delivered to guests quickly and accurately while providing the best dining experience possible. They will assist with all aspects of FOH, such as running food and drinks, clearing tables, greeting guests, etc.
All Supports will exemplify our core values, connecting with guests in a professional manner to ensure excellent service.

- Approach each shift with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and ready to contribute to the team’s overall goal.
- Proficiency in the property management system (currently MAESTRO) and related procedures.
- Assisting customers with queries, requests, and redirecting as necessary.
- Managing the inventory of napkins, straws, salt, pepper, and other table condiments and supplies.
- Reporting any damage, shortages, and complaints to the manager.
- Moving tables, chairs, and furniture to accommodate customers as needed.
- Tidying the restaurant after service and ensuring that it is prepped for the following service.
- Ensuring that the restaurant supplies, and equipment are clean and maintained.
- Assisting customers with requests or complaints.
- Setting up and breaking down tables for each shift.
- Maintaining the service station in a clean and orderly manner.
- Performing food preparation and ensuring that foods are delivered promptly to the appropriate customers’ tables.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as culinary staff and management, to create a seamless and exceptional experience.
