Palm Beach and Naples, Florida; and upcoming openings in Aspen, Colorado, LoLa 41 continues its rapid expansion into Newport, Charleston, Winter Park, Miami, and Dallas. "LoLa" stands for "Longitude-Latitude", and our menu reflects a curated journey through the flavors of the world — from Japan to Portugal, Spain, and beyond. Our restaurants are known for their refined ambiance, innovative sushi, and Asian specialties, all delivered with an exceptional standard of hospitality.

• 100 seat restaurant
• 12 seats in a lower level private dining room
• InRoom Dining

• Oversee daily floor operations to ensure seamless, efficient service throughout each shift.
• Oversee daily InRoom Dining orders
• Lead, motivate, and support frontofhouse staff while maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain a strong, visible presence on the floor to uphold LoLa 41’s service and hospitality standards.
• Collaborate with management on training, shift planning, and team development.
• Assist with opening duties according to company procedures.
• Ensure all health, safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
• Contribute to maintaining inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or floor management role within a high volume restaurant.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead by example and foster a motivated, team oriented environment.
• Detail oriented, adaptable, and confident in fastpaced service settings.
• Proficient with POS systems and frontofhouse technology (Toast, Tray Away, Resy)
• Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Canva, R365, 7
  
  Shifts), scanning invoices and responding to VIP emails.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A college degree in hospitality or related field is preferred, but not required.
• Living in Roaring Fork Valley is a plus! (although housing options can be available for the right candidate)
