Overview
As the Store Manager, you are responsible for the store’s overall performance, talent initiatives, operational execution, visual standards, and customer experience. Ideal candidates are motivated, adaptable to change, coachable, values oriented, strong talent developers, and have a passion for our brand.
Day to Day- Responsible for overall store performance and KPI’s
- Serve as brand ambassador by showing passion for the brand, educating customers on our history, and being knowledgeable about our product and the industry
- Create effective action plans to maintain or improve performance
- Build new and repeat business through customer clienteling
- Training and development
- Recruiting, onboarding, and developing both internal and external talent
- Effective communication that energizes and encourages teamwork
- Lead through collaboration, encourage idea-sharing, and foster accountability and trust
- Clearly communicate new initiatives and goals in a timely and effective manner
- Customer service and delivering the best customer experience to all customers
- Lead by example in daily store presence and personal presentation
- Lead and coach through return policies while prioritizing the overall customer experience
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns, with a resolution focus
- Execute brand visual standards and updates
- Operations: execute daily store operations efficiently and timely
- Schedule team members based on business needs and budget
- Manage store inventory with detail and organization per SOPs
- Open/close duties when required
- Adaptable in handling change
- Organized with excellent time management
- Eye for spotting and recruiting talent
- Motivated and results-driven
- Coachable and receptive to feedback
- Passionate about the gorjana brand
- At least one year of experience in a retail leadership position
- Must be over the age of 18
- Ability to lift or move at least 50 lbs
- Ability to bend, squat, twist and reach
- Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
- Flexible to the needs of the business, including nights, weekends, and holiday shifts
- Ability to work full-time hours with open availability
