Citizens of Humanity is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team at our Aspen, Colorado flagship location as a Seasonal Part-Time Store Support Associate for the summer season.

As a Store Support Associate
, you will play an important role in supporting both back‑of‑house operations and the in‑store client experience. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced retail environment, enjoys working as part of a collaborative team, and is passionate about fashion and customer service.

• Assist with inventory organization, replenishment, and stock management
• Support the sales team with greeting clients, pulling product, processing POS transactions, and maintaining visual merchandising standards
• Develop and maintain strong product knowledge across the brand
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming in‑store experience for all guests
• Help maintain overall organization and presentation of the sales floor and stockroom
• Support day‑to‑day store operations as needed

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required
