Summary
The Fashion Advisor provides a superior level of client service to drive conversion, retention, and revenue while inspiring brand loyalty. This role works on the boutique sales floor alongside a diverse team and reports to boutique leadership in Aspen. The Fashion Advisor uses fashion expertise and a service-minded approach to create personalized client experiences.
Responsibilities- Develop new customers and convert walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors.
- Deliver prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service to optimize the client experience.
- Build and maintain genuine client relationships through consistent outreach and follow-up.
- Manage repairs and alterations intake and maintain follow-up with clients regarding status.
- Collaborate with the sales team and support boutique leadership to meet business goals.
- Minimum 3 years of related retail or client service experience.
- Minimum High School Diploma.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for fashion and the brand.
- Ability to lift 15 lbs and a flexible schedule to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment; foreign language skills preferred.
