Our client, a contemporary luxury fashion brand, is looking for a TEMP-TO-HIRE Sales Supervisor to join their Aspen, CO team!

Responsibilities:

• Manage your team to reach and exceed the store targets as outlined by the AGM/GM.
• Maintain a constant floor presence to maximize selling opportunities.
• Create a positive and rewarding client experience by prioritizing customer needs at all times.
• Deliver outstanding and personalized customer service while adhering to standards.
• Support and align with all key business initiatives and new product launches.
• Develop clientele and collect customer data to build relationships and personalize future development opportunities.
• Utilize marketing tools to engage current and potential customers and drive sales.
• Embrace and utilize technology to enhance the customer experience.
• Demonstrate a passion for the luxury sector and stay knowledgeable about industry, market, and fashion trends.

Requirements:

• Must have weekend availability.
• This role is in-person; candidates must be based near Aspen, CO.
• Knowledge of Retail POS systems, MS Office, and Google Docs.
