The role
TOTEME is looking for a Sales Advisor to join our store in Aspen full-time. In this role you will act as a brand ambassador, providing excellent service and building long-term relationships with our customers and driving business in all aspects, from sales to brand building. You will report to the Store Manager.
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive loyalty, engagement, and an elevated shopping experience.
- Work both independently and collaboratively to support daily operations and achieve sales targets.
- Engage in merchandising and styling to maintain a visually compelling store environment.
- Plan and execute daily store operations.
- Work towards company standards and goals.
- Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.
Your profile
- Previous experience in high-end service with a strong lifestyle brand.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
- Passionate about style, communication and storytelling.
- Driven and results-oriented.
- Able to multitask and solve issues smoothly.
- Structured and well-organized.
- Agile with an open mindset.
- Social and outgoing with a strong interest in people.
- Curious to understand customer needs.
- Flexible schedule, available to work evenings and weekends.
The hourly salary for this role ranges between $30-35/hour and will be set according to the applicant’s profile, skills and previous experience.
TOTEME has teams in Stockholm, London, and New York, as well as retail spaces across Europe, North America, and Asia. As a member of our dynamic, creative, and highly collaborative team, you will take part in exciting projects and milestones, evolving within your role as you contribute to the company’s growth.
