Madhappy is a Los Angeles‑based clothing brand made for a community of optimists, founded in 2017. The company produces evolving classic styles, seasonally available collections, and collaborations while supporting mental‑health research through the Madhappy Foundation.

We are looking to hire seasonal store associates for Madhappy in Aspen, CO.

In this position you will be responsible for ensuring superior service to all customers, maintaining high‑standard operations for the store, and representing the Madhappy brand well. This role reports directly to the store supervisor and store manager.

The Aspen store will open for the 2026 Summer season, and this role will be expected to work at this location only from June to September 2026.

• Establish a constant focus on the brand and drive engagement, knowledge, and passion across the store team.
• Welcome and connect with each customer by greeting, answering questions, directing them to merchandise, and recommending styles that fit their needs.
• Develop and nurture relationships with repeat customers, frequently engaging them before and after visits.
• Monitor customer feedback and share information with the leadership team and key stakeholders.
• Maintain store aesthetics: keep product presentation in order, ensure tags are tucked in, arrange by size and color, and keep garments folded and hung properly.
• Keep the store appearance clean: maintain fitting rooms, displays, mirrors, and overall organization.
• Understand merchandising, product placement, and care to provide a friendly and seamless shopping experience.
• Receive, return, and transfer shipments, including online fulfillment and store‑to‑store transfers.
• Work closely with the store manager to ensure smooth operations and constant communication among the team.

• 1+ years of retail associate experience.
• Preference for experience in fashion/apparel.
• Previous experience in a small team environment.
• Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends if needed.
• Ability to work the full duration of the store opening, as required.
• Proven interpersonal skills with professional, patient, and effective communication.
• Familiarity with the Madhappy brand and mission.
