Aspen Digital Marketing + Sales Director

Wyld Blue is a women's lifestyle boutique with stores in Aspen and Montauk and a growing online business. We carry a mix of elevated brands and our own in-house collection — and we're looking for a driven, hands-on director to own both our digital presence and contribute to in-store sales.

This is a hybrid role. You'll run the day-to-day of our e-commerce and paid social, work closely with our founder, and spend real time on the floor of our Aspen store — staying close to the customer, the product, and the brand. If you love fashion and you're just as comfortable selling as you are optimizing a campaign, this is for you.

You'll be responsible for:

• Managing and growing our Shopify store — merchandising, product listings, site performance
• Running Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns from strategy to execution
• Supporting the online launch and marketing of our in-house collection
• Contributing to in-store sales and customer experience at our Aspen location
• Using AI tools to work smarter across all of the above
• Tracking performance and reporting on online revenue regularly

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in an e-commerce, digital marketing, or retail director role
• Proven results running paid social campaigns (Facebook/Instagram)
• Shopify experience
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of your workflow
• Based in or willing to relocate to Aspen — in-store time is a core part of this role
• Fashion or lifestyle retail background preferred
