Objective
:
To create a unique, memorable, and inspirational customer experience; encompassing the Aviator Nation lifestyle and brand image, while executing all store tasks. A sales professional will keep the store clean and folded per Aviator Nation standards.

• Represent the brand
• Communicate with managers and fellow sales professionals
• Always be welcoming and responsive to all customers
• Consistently arrive for each shift with high energy and enthusiasm
• Be punctual by reporting to work on time
• Be part of a fun growing team
• Greet customers when they walk in
• Respond to questions
• Improve engagement with customers and provide outstanding customer service
• Operate cash register and manage financial transactions
• Balance drawer and achieve established goals
• Abide by your availability agreement
• Work efficiently during each shift
• Operate office equipment, including computers, copiers, fax machines, and phones
• Exhibit confident presentation, excellent written and oral communication skills, good organizational skills, high energy, attention to detail, and sense of urgency to meet deadlines and work productively in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
