Assistant Manager

The Wyld Blue Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in driving sales, delivering an exceptional client experience, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the store. This role is ideal for someone who leads by example, has a passion for fashion, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

• Deliver an elevated, personalized client experience while building lasting customer relationships.
• Support daily store operations, including opening/closing, merchandising, inventory, restocking, shipping, and store presentation.
• Lead the team in the Store Manager's absence and help maintain a positive, collaborative store culture.
• Coach and develop sales associates through ongoing feedback and training.
• Drive sales by achieving KPIs, maximizing client engagement, and identifying opportunities to grow the business.
• Assist with onboarding, team communication, and ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.
• Maintain strong product knowledge across current collections and consignment brands.
• Represent Wyld Blue within the Aspen community through events and local client outreach.

• 1-2+ years of retail leadership experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary fashion.
• Proven ability to drive sales and build a loyal client base.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive, hands-on leadership style with a high level of ownership and accountability.
• Passion for fashion, styling, and creating exceptional customer experiences.
• Comfortable working weekends, holidays, and during Aspen's busy seasonal periods.
