• Lead the floor by overseeing daily operations of the department ensuring an organized stylish and shoppable experience
• Bring merchandising magic
• Implement visual merchandising plans and seasonal setups that are eye catching and encourage customer engagement
• Ensure stock is full clean and aligned with brand standards
• Drive sales by understanding trends product performance and customer feedback to help inform future growth and enhance customer satisfaction
• Engage with customers and make every shopping experience positively memorable
• Partner with the Store Manager to openclose store and be a trusted confidante and people leader
• Uphold brand standards of the Aspen St Regis and work closely with that team to create cohesive and positive guest experiences

• A passion for fashion merchandising and creating standout customer experiences
• Strong communication skills and natural ability to lead coach and inspire
• Tech savvy with basic POS and inventory systems skills
• English fluency written and verbal
• Flexibility in schedule to get the most out of ski time including working split shifts nights holidays and weekends
