Description:

This isn’t your typical retail environment. Located inside the renowned St. Regis Aspen Resort, our store serves guests from around the world who expect personalized service, thoughtful product recommendations, and an elevated shopping experience.

We are looking for a style‑savvy, hands‑on leader to oversee our softgoods apparel department. The Softgoods Supervisor leads the sales floor, coaches employees, creates compelling visual displays, and ensures the department consistently delivers an organized, stylish, and welcoming experience. This role works closely with the Store Manager and St. Regis team to create a cohesive guest experience that reflects the standards of both Christy Sports and the resort—all just steps from Aspen Mountain.

This position also provides meaningful retail leadership experience and an opportunity to prepare for future Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager roles within Christy Sports.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the daily operations of the softgoods department, establishing priorities and ensuring an organized, stylish, and shoppable environment.
