The Luxury Sales Manager is a critical role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of sales and enhancing customer experiences within the gallery. This position requires a leader who can align sales execution with gallery presentation while maintaining the high service standards expected in a luxury environment. The successful candidate will foster a client-focused atmosphere, support team performance, and drive overall business objectives.
Adaptability and critical thinking are essential as the gallery seeks to establish its presence in a new market. The role involves a consultative sales approach, with an emphasis on building relationships and closing high-value transactions.
Salary Range: $110,000 - $125,000 / Year DOE
Luxury Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead daily sales operations and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Enhance customer experience through exceptional service and relationship management
- Manage and mentor a small team, fostering a high-performance culture
- Engage in proactive outreach to identify and cultivate new client relationships
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM platforms to track sales activities and client interactions
- Participate in client visits, installations, and trade shows as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Maintain gallery presentation and operational standards
- 5+ years of experience with high-end clientele in a luxury sales environment
- Proven success in selling to high-net-worth individuals and corporations with significant transaction values
- Management experience with the ability to coach and develop sales staff
- Strong proactive outreach experience with a focus on outbound sales
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a disciplined follow-up approach
- Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM platforms
- Exceptional discretion and professionalism in client interactions
- Willingness to travel frequently for client engagements
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings as required
- Ability to lift objects up to 25lbs
- Experience overseeing gallery functions is preferred
- Leadership experience within a luxury store setting is preferred
- A bachelor's degree is preferred
