Oliver Smith Jeweler is seeking an exceptional Luxury Sales Advisor to join our Aspen team. This unique opportunity offers the ability to work across both the Oliver Smith Jeweler Boutique and the Omega Boutique in Aspen, representing some of the world's most respected watch and jewelry brands while building meaningful relationships with collectors, enthusiasts, and discerning clients from around the globe.

Our Aspen boutique serves an international clientele who value craftsmanship, heritage, and personal relationships.

The ideal candidate is relationship driven, entrepreneurial, and passionate about luxury. You understand that luxury sales are not transactional. They are built on trust, storytelling, and creating lifelong clients.

• Deliver exceptional client experiences and personalized service
• Develop and maintain long term relationships with collectors and high net worth clients
• Present luxury watches and fine jewelry with confidence, knowledge, and enthusiasm
• Build and manage a strong client portfolio through proactive outreach and follow up
• Participate in boutique events, client experiences, and community initiatives
• Maintain the highest standards of presentation, professionalism, and attention to detail

• Three or more years of experience in luxury sales, fine jewelry, watches, fashion, hospitality, or another high touch luxury industry
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Passion for craftsmanship, watches, and fine jewelry
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced and relationship focused environment
• Professional, polished, and detail oriented

This is a Salary + Bonus role with potential housing assistance. Total Compensation between $100,000-$145,000 depending on experience.
