Overview

The Sales Professional focuses on delivering exceptional client service and building long-term client relationships within the showroom. They present and sell jewelry through storytelling and technical product knowledge while supporting showroom hospitality. The role requires using company systems and completing administrative and client-related tasks to support the client experience.

• Confidently present products to clients using storytelling and technical detail while creating a hospitable atmosphere.
• Build, maintain and develop a clientele using the company CRM and relationship-building techniques.
• Maintain product and industry knowledge for brands, collections and pieces carried in the showroom.
• Organize merchandise and displays to optimize sales and minimize shrinkage and support showroom hospitality guidelines.
• Complete administrative duties, use required company systems, handle client repairs and cooperate with team members to serve client needs.

• High school diploma.
• Minimum 1 year retail sales experience.
• Excellent client service, selling, storytelling, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for jewelry, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and computer literacy (MS Office).
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift packages as needed and work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
