Client Advisor - Aspen

Summary

As a Client Advisor you are the Gucci brand ambassador responsible for achieving sales objectives by deepening client connections and delivering best-in-class service. You will engage clients both in-store and remotely, provide personalized styling and product expertise, and build lasting relationships to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage and establish strong relationships with clients through in-store and remote interactions.
• Drive individual and store sales using consultative selling, cross-selling, and upselling techniques.
• Provide product knowledge, storytelling, and styling advice to support informed purchasing decisions.
• Promote virtual appointments and distance sales and accurately capture client information in store systems.
• Support store operations including stock maintenance, inventories, POS transactions, visual standards, and loss prevention procedures.

Requirements

• 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent commercial awareness, client-focused attitude, and strong communication skills.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-moving environment and uphold grooming and operational standards.
