Part-Time Sales Coordinator
The Sales Coordinator plays an important role in supporting the sales, client-service, and event activities of our Aspen Gallery. This position provides administrative, transactional, and operational assistance to the Aspen sales team while helping ensure that client records, sales documentation, inventory information, and gallery activities are handled accurately and professionally. This role also supports the planning and execution of gallery exhibitions, client functions, partnerships, and other special events.

Your Role Will Include
- Provide administrative and transactional support to the Aspen sales team, including preparing client materials, processing payments, drafting invoices, and assisting with client correspondence.
- Maintain accurate client, sales, inventory, and Salesforce records.
- Coordinate with other departments to support client requests, sales transactions, inventory movement, shipping, and receiving.
- Provide polished, responsive, and discreet assistance to gallery clients and guests.
- Assist with jewelry presentation, gallery merchandising, item cards, and sales supplies.
- Support the planning and execution of gallery events, exhibitions, client functions, and community partnerships, including preparation, setup, vendor coordination, and breakdown.
- Help improve the organization and efficiency of sales-support and gallery processes.
Requirements
What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of experience in sales support, administration, hospitality, luxury retail, client service, event support, or a comparable professional environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Availability to work approximately three days per week, including weekends, holidays, early mornings, or evenings when business and event needs require.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
- Experience using Salesforce or a comparable customer relationship management system.
- Experience in fine art, antiques, jewelry, luxury retail, hospitality, or a gallery environment.
- Experience supporting client events, exhibitions, or other special events.
- Coursework or demonstrated interest in art history.

Compensation, Schedule and Travel
- This is a part-time, non-exempt position.
- The anticipated hourly compensation range is $23.00 to $34.00 per hour
. The starting rate will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, skills, and internal compensation considerations. - Eligible to participate in the Company’s quarterly and annual bonus programs.
