Sales Executive

Summary

The Sales Executive acts as an ambassador of the Maison, delivering exceptional client experiences while achieving individual sales targets. This role focuses on building and nurturing a client database through expert product knowledge, storytelling, and clientelling techniques. The Sales Executive also supports daily boutique operations and collaborates with the boutique team to optimize performance.

• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
• Cultivate new and existing client relationships through proactive clientelling and follow-up.
• Capture and maintain accurate client data using CRM tools and support CRM initiatives.
• Support ecommerce and phone inquiries, schedule appointments, and manage after-sales client service.
• Support in-store and off-site events to build brand awareness and client engagement.
• Assist with daily boutique setup and breakdown, inventory and cycle counts, and special projects.
• Maintain visual standards for vitrines and boutique aesthetic and report maintenance issues as needed.

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Luxury retail or hospitality experience preferred with a strong understanding of the luxury client experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint; SAP experience is a plus.
• Experience with logistics, operations, and inventory processes.
• Self-starter with a team-player approach and ability to resolve client issues appropriately.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
