Summary

Temporary Sales Associate supporting a pop-up at the Jazz Aspen Snowmass Festival from September 4-7, 2026 with potential to extend. Provide exceptional customer service and styling guidance while assisting with setup, visual merchandising, inventory, and sales to meet daily goals.

• Assist with setup and breakdown of the archive sale location
• Maintain visual merchandising and brand presentation standards
• Deliver exceptional customer service and act as a style advisor
• Educate customers on products, craftsmanship, and brand story
• Lead customers through the sales process from discovery to purchase
• Support inventory management, restocking, and organization of merchandise
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized retail environment
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals
• Stand and move throughout the sales floor for extended periods

• Previous retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Passion for fashion and eyewear and delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Reliable, punctual, and adaptable
• Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed
• Located in or near Aspen, CO
