Citadel Security USA is seeking professional and dependable Event Security Officers to support a multi-day hospitality event in Aspen, Colorado. This short-term assignment offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic event environment while helping provide a safe and welcoming experience for guests, vendors, performers, and event staff. Successful candidates are observant, customer-service focused, and comfortable working in busy public settings where strong communication and sound judgement are essential.

• Monitor assigned event areas to help maintain a safe and orderly environment
• Verify credentials, wristbands, badges, tickets, or other approved forms of entry
• Assist with access control procedures at entrances, exits, and restricted locations
• Conduct foot patrols throughout venue grounds, parking areas, and public gathering spaces
• Observe guest activity and report safety concerns, suspicious behavior, or policy violations
• Support crowd flow management during high-traffic periods
• Respond appropriately to incidents while following site procedures and supervisor direction
• Communicate professionally with guests, vendors, event personnel, and fellow team members
• Assist with incident documentation and daily activity reporting
• Maintain a visible and professional presence throughout the event
• Provide courteous directions and general assistance to attendees when needed

• At least 18 years of age
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work long shifts in an active event environment
• Comfortable working around large crowds and public gatherings
• Reliable transportation to the designated reporting location
• Professional appearance and dependable attendance
• Ability to follow instructions, policies, and post orders consistently
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
