Lead Transportation Security Officer

TSA -  - Responsibilities:
Lead at least three full-performance level Transportation Security Officers (TSOs) and, as assigned, trainee/apprentice level TSOs;
Identify, distribute, and balance workloads among employees according to workflow and skill levels;
Provide input on human resources matters including performance, promotions, reassignments, and awards;
Implement security screening procedures in accordance with TSA objectives and directives;
Assist with investigations of incidents and prepare incident reports conveying required information;
Respond to breaches of security and emergency situations;
Train team members, monitor progress, and represent the team in communications with supervisors to obtain resources;
Maintain emergency essential status and readiness as required
