Xssentials is a leading audio-video integration company specializing in high-end residential and commercial installations. We are committed to delivering cutting-edge AV solutions and exceptional customer service.

We are looking for a skilled AV Technician to join our installation and service team. You'll be responsible for the hands‑on work of installing and wiring advanced AV systems. The role covers everything from new project builds to providing service and support for our clients.

• Be punctual and reliable, arriving on‑site ready to work at your scheduled time.
• Work well with project managers, programmers, and other technicians in a team setting.
• Install AV hardware, including displays, projectors, speakers, and equipment racks.
• Build and wire equipment racks according to system plans and best practices.
• Run, connect, and test all low‑voltage cabling for AV and control systems.
• Help our programmers with system startup and final testing.
• Provide on‑site service and troubleshoot any hardware issues for clients.
• Read and follow AV system schematics, blueprints, and design documents.
• Keep all job sites clean, safe, and professional.

• Proven experience installing AV systems in homes or businesses.
• A strong understanding of system wiring, signal flow, and how to mount equipment.
• Great problem‑solving skills and a strong eye for detail.
• Good communication skills and a focus on customer service.
• Able to work well on your own and as part of a team.
• AV certifications (like Avixa CTS or CTS‑I) are a major plus.

This is a full-time position with great opportunities to grow.

The salary range is $30-$45 per hour
, based on your experience.

Work hours are typically Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
.
