OIM Orthopedie zoekt een HR-adviseur voor Assen. Je bent onderdeel van een klein HR-team en voert zowel advies- als uitvoerende taken uit. Je ondersteunt leidinggevenden en medewerkers bij diverse HR-vragen, beheert HR-documentatie en verwerkt mutaties, met AFAS Profit als belangrijkste systeem.
Je werkt 36 uur per week, met een marktconform salaris en goede arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens de cao Ziekenhuizen. Een informele werksfeer binnen een betrokken team kenmerkt deze functie.
