The Part‑Time Faculty member will join a dynamic pool of instructors focused on delivering high‑quality, articulated instruction to students in collaboration with secondary education partners. This role supports students’ transition to college‑level coursework and career pathways, using hands‑on, engaging teaching methods that align with college standards and support seamless articulation with high school programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach courses in accordance with the college’s articulated curriculum standards.
• Collaborate with high school educators and administrators to sustain and improve articulation agreements.
• Assess and document student learning outcomes, adhering to college policies and standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with curriculum updates and instructional practices.
• Act as a liaison between Clatsop Community College and partner high schools to foster strong collaborative relationships.
• Ensure all instructional activities comply with institutional and state requirements for articulated programs.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a related field (Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience considered).
• Demonstrated teaching or industry experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working with diverse student populations is preferred.
