Technical Service Rep – Tech Support

Qualifications

• Proven experience in water treatment services or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to conduct technical site assessments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Familiarity with water treatment equipment and chemical management
• Proficiency in computer applications and data entry
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Technical training or relevant certification in water treatment technology or engineering preferred

• Conduct site visits to evaluate the performance of water systems and assess the operation of treatment equipment
• Implement monthly service plans and meet all service contract obligations
• Perform analytical tests to analyze the effectiveness of treatment programs and maintain system stability
• Prepare and document service reports, ensuring accurate entries in our database
• Ensure the delivery of chemical products and oversee onsite inventory management
• Execute testing procedures, calibration checks, and instrumentation assessments, with training available as necessary
• Identify the need for additional support, parts, and training to maintain system efficiency and preventive care
• Troubleshoot technical issues on-site, including repairs and calibration following operational manuals
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction
