The CMH Urology Manager provides leadership, supervises, and coordinates activities of the hospital‑owned Urology clinic. This position plans and develops clinical programming in clinics, assuring optimal quality care and continuity for patients and families. Responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day business and/or clinical operations. Responsible for administrative oversight and supervision of all clinical and administrative staff to enhance the quality of care to clinics’ customers.

- Ability to work effectively in a multi‑disciplinary setting.
- Knowledge of general clinical office procedure and practices.
- Participation in and promotion of teamwork in a clinical setting.
N/A if the manager is not working in a clinical capacity.
If the manager is working in a clinical capacity, the following is required:
- Proof of clinical training appropriate to the responsibilities of the duties they are filling and must maintain accordingly.
- For registered nurses (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN): a current unencumbered Oregon and Washington State RN or LPN license.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/education. Previous clinic office management experience is required. Urology experience is preferred.
Works inside. Walking and standing most of the time while on duty. Long shifts are necessary ject to occasional physical and emotional stress within a fast‑paced environment. Tolerates bending, sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling for 8–12 hours (shift dependent).
